Board Changes

Asiamet Resources Limited ("Asiamet" or the "Company") announces that Peter Chambers, a Non-Executive Director and nominee of Asiamet's largest shareholder, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk ("DOID"), has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective today. DOID continues to strongly support the Company with Matthew Doube (DOID Nominee) continuing as a Director.

All other Directors of the Company remain unchanged.

"We extend our thanks to Peter for his service on the Board and look forward to the ongoing support of DOID and all shareholders and stakeholders, as we advance the BKM Copper project towards development."
