Announcement of Board changes at PT Bumi Resources Tbk

Bumi plc announces that following the Extraordinary General Meeting of PT Bumi Resources Tbk ("PT Bumi") that was held in Jakarta on May 21st Samin Tan, chairman of Bumi plc, has been appointed President Commissioner of PT Bumi. Scott Merrillees, CFO of Bumi plc, has been appointed to the Board of Commissioners of PT Bumi.
