Berau Refinancing Update
ARMS announces an update on the progress of its proposed refinancing of Berau Capital Resources US$450m 12.5% Senior Notes due 07/08/15 ("2015 Notes").
Plans are underway for a refinancing package and the Board is currently evaluating a number of options.
The Company wishes to assure investors that it is confident that a comprehensive refinancing package will be presented in due course, which will reflect what the Company believes is the positive long term outlook for the business and the inherent profitability of the mining operation.
