PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk ("PT Berau") Board and Management Changes

ARMS announces that at the PT Berau EGM held on 30 April 2015, Mangatar Marpaung was appointed President Commissioner and Iskak Indra Wahyudi was appointed President Director of PT Berau. Melli Darsa was also appointed to the Board of Commissioners.
