Arkle Resources PLC (LSE:ARK), the energy metals explorer focused on uranium, announces that David Cockbill, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of EUR 0.0025 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on-market today at a price of 0.715 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Cockbill's beneficial interest in the Company is 40,793,741 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
