Transfer of shares

The Company has been notified that on 23 February 2012 Margaret Elliott, the wife of Mark Elliott, Chief Executive of Arena, transferred 41,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 0.011 per cent. of the existing issued share capital, to her husband for nil consideration. Her residual holding is 40,479 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.011 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers has confirmed that there are no City Code implications of this transaction.
