Director's dealing 

Arden was notified yesterday that, on that same day, Steve Wassell, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, acquired 195,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his SIPP, of which he is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 43.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Steve Wassell has a beneficial interest in 373,743 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.50 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
