Director's Dealing
On July 25th, 2013 the Company was notified that Jonathan Keeling, Executive Deputy Chairman, purchased 334,334 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the purchase is 2,509,334 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.98% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Total Voting Rights
Following the sale of 525,459 shares held in treasury and the exercise of 30,000 share options by staff, Arden's issued ordinary share capital comprises 22,859,065 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). All shares carry voting rights. Following this exercise the number of shares now held in treasury is Nil.
The above figure (22,859,065 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's disclosure and Transparency rules.
