Board Changes

Arden Partners plc ("Arden" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Flight as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Howard has significant experience of the investment management and broking sectors having held senior positions at Guinness Mahon, Guinness Flight, Investec Asset Management and more recently at Panmure Gordon. Howard is also a Commissioner at Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Further disclosures regarding Howard are given below.

Arden also announces the resignation of Philip Dayer with effect from 31 July 2010. Philip was appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director prior to the Company's listing on AIM in July 2006. The Board wishes to thank Philip for his time at Arden and wishes him every success for the future.
