AGM Statement

The Annual General Meeting for Arden (AIM: ARDN), the institutional stockbroker, takes place today at 11.00am.

Chairman Sir David Rowe-Ham will deliver the following statement to shareholders-:

"There has been no major change to my statement made on 28th January 2010. Market volumes continue to be low and our corporate finance pipeline remains encouraging subject to market conditions. The Company has continued to invest selectively in high quality hires and cash continues to be strong."
