AGM Statement

Arden Partners plc (LSE:ARDN) - Luke Johnson, Non-Executive Chairman of Arden, will deliver the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting which is being held at 11 am today, March 9th 2017.

"As indicated in my statement in the 2016 Annual Report & Accounts, the trading environment for the broking sector remains extremely challenging.

We are formally engaged on several corporate mandates which we are working to deliver over the coming months, subject to market conditions.

The new trading team, combined with our existing research, distribution and corporate capabilities, provide a strong platform to develop the business and we continue to look to further enhance our offering going forward, through additional new hires."
