AGM statement

Arden Partners plc (LSE:ARDN) - Luke Johnson, Non-Executive Chairman of Arden, will deliver the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting which is being held at 11 am today, March 9th 2018.

"The last few years have been challenging for the broking industry, and in particular for small and mid-cap stockbrokers.

However, we remain confident that the business is in the midst of a successful turnaround. Our new executive team rapidly took the business from losses into net profits for the full year to 31 October 2017 and continue to drive the business forward. There is still much to be done, but I believe that Arden has the resources and the people to deliver.

I would like to thank my Board, our corporate and institutional clients and all our hard-working staff for their continued support. We look forward to the future with considerable anticipation."
