Total Voting Rights
Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, confirms that as of 31 March 2017 its capital will consist of 82,134,987 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 82,134,987 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
