Directors' Shareholding
Ortac Resources Ltd, the mineral exploration company operating in Europe and Africa, was notified on 25 February 2017, that Mr Anthony Balme, Chairman of Ortac, sold 48,189,571 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 February 2017 at a price of 0.0230 pence per share and his ISA purchased 48,189,571 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.0231 pence per share on 24 February 2017.
Following this transaction, Anthony Balme's beneficial interest in the share capital of Ortac remained unchanged at 828,890,249 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.09 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
