Ortac Resources Ltd ("Ortac"), the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was notified on 17 April 2015 that, on that date, Mr Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, sold a total of 19,062,501 ordinary shares at a price of 0.08p per share held in his own name and immediately repurchased 18,978,192 ordinary shares at a price of 0.0802p per share into his ISA account.

In addition, on 17 April 2015, Mr Balme bought 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.115p per share through Carter Capital (2,500,000 ordinary shares) and AMC Ltd (2,500,000 ordinary shares).

Following these transactions, Anthony Balme's beneficial holding has increased to 201,084,941 ordinary shares representing approximately 7.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
