Argo, a leading UK-based cryptomining company (LSE:ARB) announces that on 13 May 2019, Durban Holdings Ltd, a company under the joint ownership and control of Jonathan Bixby and Mike Edwards, being directors of the Company, made purchases of the following ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares). The purchase was made by Durban Holdings Ltd for the account of Mike Edwards:
