Argo, a leading UK-based cryptomining company (LSE:ARB) announces that on 18 July 2019, Durban Holdings Ltd, a company of which Mike Edwards (being a director of the Company) is a beneficial owner, made a purchase of the following ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price per share of 6.9 pence. The purchase was made by Durban Holdings Ltd for the account of Mike Edwards:
