Ardana PLC19 December 2006 ARDANA ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF INVICORPTM IN DENMARK FOR ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Edinburgh, UK, 19 December 2006; Ardana plc (LSE:ARA), announces today thatInvicorpTM its injectable treatment for erectile dysfunction is now availablefor sale in Denmark. InvicorpTM is a combination of phentolamine mesylate and vasoactive intestinalpolypeptide and is delivered by self-administered penile injection for thetreatment of moderate to severe erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction ismale impotence resulting from an inability to have or maintain an erectionsufficient for penetration during coitus. It is estimated that 52 per cent ofmen over the age of 40 suffer at some time from erectile dysfunction and many ofthem are unsuitable for treatment with existing oral therapies1.
