Aura Renewable Acquisitions plc
7 November 2025 - The Board of Aura Renewable Acquisitions Plc (the 'Company') announces the resignation of Mr David Stephen Fitzsimmons as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 6 November 2025. David is stepping down as a consequence of competing time commitments arising from his other business and family interests.
The Chairman of the Company, John Croft, said:
"The Board would like to thank David for his contribution and insight provided during his service to the Company. David's background in international business generally, and renewable energy in particular, has provided a very valuable perspective for the Board in assessing potential acquisitions and investments. We wish David well in the future."
