Director/PDMR - Exercise of Share Matching Awards
25th May 2012, London: APR Energy plc (LSE: APR) announces that on 24TH May Independent Non-Executive Directors, Michael Fairey and Baroness Denise Kingsmill (Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company) exercised their (second and final) options under the Company's Share Matching Award each to subscribe for 10,000 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at their nominal value, and that such shares have been duly issued on 24TH May 2012.
