Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial

Further to the announcement on 12 November 2013, JCLA Cayman Limited has entered into a share trading plan under which a maximum of 355,000 shares are expected to be sold over the following twelve months. These actions have been made in connection with a matrimonial matter in respect of John Campion, CEO, APR Energy plc. Following completion of the share trading plan, JCLA Cayman Limited will have a residual holding in excess of 7%.

Pursuant to the share trading plan, APR Energy plc was notified by John Campion, a director of APR Energy plc, and by Laurence Anderson, a person discharging managerial responsibility within APR Energy plc, that on 2 January 2014, JCLA Cayman Limited, a company which is majority owned by John Campion and Laurence Anderson, sold 29,561 Ordinary Shares in APR Energy plc at an average gross price of Β£9.50 per share. To date 59,122 Ordinary Shares in APR Energy plc have been sold under this authority.
