Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibility or connected persons.
Further to the announcement on 12 November 2013, JCLA Cayman Limited has entered into a share trading plan under which a maximum of 355,000 shares are expected to be sold over the following twelve months. These actions have been made in connection with a matrimonial matter in respect of John Campion, CEO, APR Energy plc. Following completion of the share trading plan, JCLA Cayman Limited will have a residual holding in excess of 7%.
Pursuant to the share trading plan, APR Energy plc was notified by John Campion, a director of APR Energy plc, and by Laurence Anderson, a person discharging managerial responsibility within APR Energy plc, that on 2 January 2014, JCLA Cayman Limited, a company which is majority owned by John Campion and Laurence Anderson, sold 29,561 Ordinary Shares in APR Energy plc at an average gross price of £9.50 per share. To date 59,122 Ordinary Shares in APR Energy plc have been sold under this authority.
This notice is given by APR Energy plc in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) R and of the obligation under DTR 5.8.12(1) R.
