Baroness Denise Kingsmill appointed Vice Chairman

APR Energy plc (LSE: APR) (the "Group"), a global leader in fast-track power solutions, today announces the appointment of Baroness Denise Kingsmill as Vice Chairman of the Board. The appointment will be made with immediate effect.

Baroness Kingsmill previously served as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, a role she held since 2011, following the Group's public listing on the LSE. She brings significant governance experience to her position, currently serving as a non-executive director of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A., as well as sitting on the supervisory board of E.ON AG and the board of Telecom Italia. She formerly served as Deputy Chairman of the PwC Advisory Board. In June 2006, Baroness Kingsmill was appointed to the House of Lords as a Labour Peer and sits on the Economic Affairs Committee.
