APR Energy plc ("the Company")

Additional Listing

A block listing application has been made for 1,116,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company

to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock

Exchange. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Shares from this application will be issued under the APR Energy Share Option Plan 2011 (300,000) and APR Energy Share Award Plan 2012 (816,000).
