Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Appreciate Group (the 'Group'), the UK's leading multi-retailer redemption product provider to Corporate and Consumer markets, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2021 and Notice of 2021 AGM, including AGM proxy form, have been published today on the Company's website at https://www.appreciategroup.co.uk/investors/reports-and-presentations/2021. Printed copies will also be posted to shareholders.
The Company confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am at Fourth Floor, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG on Tuesday 21 September 2021. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of 2021 AGM.
The Company looks forward to welcoming the maximum number of shareholders that it is able to within safety constraints and in accordance with government guidelines and recommendations. Shareholders who would like to attend in person are asked to register by emailing investors@appreciategroup.co.uk. Attendees will also be expected to adhere to any special arrangements and safety measures that the Company puts in place on the day. Should any of the arrangements relating to the AGM change, the Company will make an announcement accordingly.
