Director Dealing
Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, announces that today the following directors have dealt in the Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52.5 pence through Arden Partners plc, NOMAD and Broker to the Company.
Chris Houghton, Executive Director has purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, Chris Houghton is the beneficial owner of 652,639 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Martin Stewart, Executive Director has purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, Martin Stewart is the beneficial owner of 480,347 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The 1989 Peter Johnson Settlement Trust has sold 60,163,645 Ordinary Shares placed by Arden Partners with a range of institutional shareholders. Following the sale, Peter Johnson, Non-Executive Chairman, through the 1989 Peter Johnson Settlement Trust and the KUS Pension Fund, has a beneficial interest of 50,721,066 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.95 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
