Director/PDMR Shareholding

Park Group plc has today been informed that today the Johnson Foundation sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49p per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, the Johnson Foundation hold 4,665,454 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.8 per cent. of the issued share capital and the total voting rights of the Company).

Peter Johnson, Executive Chairman of Park, has a non-beneficial interest in the Johnson Foundation, of which he is a trustee. The Johnson Foundation's charitable objectives include the support of health, education and youth on Merseyside and its environs.
