Board Update

John Dembitz resigned from the Board of Park Group PLC with effect from 30 June 2016. John informed the board of his decision to step down as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director as he is approaching the 9 year limit for non-executive directors set out in corporate governance guidelines.

The Board would like to thank John for his contribution to the development of the Company and wish him well in all his future endeavours. John shareholding in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company as at the date of this announcement.
