DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING - REPLACEMENT
Park Group plc was yesterday informed that, on 4 September 2008, in order to meet its charitable obligations, The Johnson Foundation sold 4,150,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13p per share. Following the sale, The Johnson Foundation will hold 5,820,000 shares in the Company (representing 3.53% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company). Peter Johnson, Executive Chairman of Park Group plc, has a non-beneficial interest in The Johnson Foundation, of which he is a trustee. The Foundation's charitable objectives include the support of health, education and youth on Merseyside and its environs.
The current number of shares in issue and Total Voting Rights of the Company is 165,064,410.
