African Platinum Plc03 February 2006 African Platinum plc ("the Company")Ticker : APPIndex : AIMSector : Exploration Additional Listing Application has been made to the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM")for the admission to trading of 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu withthe Company's existing Ordinary Shares and are being issued as the result of theexercise of 1,300,000 warrants. Following the exercise of these warrants theissued share capital of the Company will be 425,646,943 Ordinary Shares.
