The following amendment has been made to the Form 8 (OPD) announcement released by Appreciate Group plc on 21 November 2022 at 11:59 a.m. under RNS 0893H.
Addition of columns titled "Date of Grant", "Normal Vesting Date" and "Expiry Date" and footnote labelled with "*" in section 3 (b).
All other details remain unchanged.
