African Platinum Plc23 December 2005 African Platinum plc Ticker : APP Index : AIM Sector : Exploration ("The Company") ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange for theadmission to trading of 6,666,666 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with theCompany's existing Ordinary Shares and are being issued as the result of theexercise of 6,666,666 warrants pursuant to a warrant instrument executed by theCompany on 16 May 2002. Following the exercise of these warrants the issuedshare capital of the Company will be 424,346,943 Ordinary Shares.
