API Group PLC07 June 2005 API Group PLC (the "Company") The Company announces that on 6 June 2005 David Walton (Chief Executive Officerof the Company) was awarded options over 266,666 ordinary shares of 25p each inthe Company under the API Group plc Unapproved Share Option Plan 2002 at anexercise price of 136p per option. These options are exercisable, subject to theattainment of the relevant performance conditions, between 6 June 2008 and 6June 2015. Following this award David Walton holds options over 837,986 shares; comprising45,801 options issued under the API Group plc Approved Share Option Plan 2002and 792,185 options issued under the API Group plc Unapproved Share Option Plan2002.
