Issue of Equity
Dublin, London, 1 November 2019: Application has been made to Euronext Dublin and to the London Stock Exchange for 55,000 new ordinary shares of nominal value EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth and AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur on 5 November 2019.
These Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the 2014 Share Option Scheme. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the allotted, called up and fully paid ordinary shares of Applegreen will be 120,671,053 of nominal value EUR0.01 each.
