Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) confirms that its issued share capital at the date of this announcement is 165,806,796 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares"). The Company holds no Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 165,806,796.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
