Scrip Dividend
Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces, as in previous years, that on 14th November 2008 a Circular was sent to shareholders pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative that was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 23rd April 2008. This gives shareholders on the Register on 7th November 2008 the option to take the interim dividend of 3.45p per share for the year ended 31st December 2008 in shares instead of cash. The last time for return of forms of election is 3.00pm on 19th December 2008.
Copies of the Circular will be available shortly for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority which is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
