Interim Dividend dates
The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, (APG), is pleased to announce an interim dividend for the year ending 31st December 2010 of 3.95p net per ordinary share (2009 Interim: 3.70p net), representing an increase of 6.76%. The interim dividend will be paid on 12th January 2011 to shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 12th November 2010.
The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London and Toronto on 10th November 2010.
Eligible shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect to receive a scrip dividend instead of cash, subject to market conditions.
