The Company announces that it has received notification that following the disposal of a total of 28,475,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 13th, 15th and 20th September 2010, Anglo Pacific Group plc is now interested in 75,353,572 Ordinary Shares each, representing 7.84% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
