Anglo Pacific Group PLC ("the Company")
Shareholding Notification
The Company has been informed on 10th June 2008 that, as at 9th June 2008, AXA S.A, and its group of
companies, now hold an interest in 11,898,572 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company. This holding
represents approximately 11.15% of the voting rights of the Company's issued share capital.
These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 602,459 shares (approximately 0.56% of the issued
ordinary share capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 11,296,113 shares (approximately 10.59% of the issued
ordinary share capital).
The identity of each registered holder of the shares to which this notice relates, so far as is known to AXA
Investment Managers UK Limited, as at 9th June 2008, is as noted below:
