Anglo Pacific Group PLC07 November 2007 News Release 7th November 2007 Anglo Pacific Group PLC Announcement of Interim Dividend Anglo Pacific Group plc, ("the Company"), is pleased to announce an InterimDividend for the year ending 31st December 2007 of 3.00p net per ordinary share(2006 Interim: 2.60p net), representing an increase of 15.4%. This will be paidto shareholders registered on the share register at the close of business on 7thDecember 2007. The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London on 5th December2007 and in Australia on 3rd December 2007 and the dividend will be paid on 1stFebruary 2008. Shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect toreceive a scrip dividend instead of cash. The Final Dividend for the year ended 31st December 2007 will be announced withthe 2007 Preliminary Results at the end of February 2008. It is the Board'sintention that future Interim Dividends will be announced in conjunction withthe Preliminary Interim Results for the period.
