On 11 May and 12 May 2020, Spruce Bluff Resources Limited, a person closely associated with Robert Stan, acquired 2,816 and 4,450 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") respectively, at a price of 162.00p per share.

The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Shares by Spruce Bluff Resources Limited and persons closely associated is 272,531 Shares, representing 0.15%, of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
