Anglo Pacific Group PLC24 January 2005 24 January 2005 Anglo Pacific Group plc Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company) announces that pursuant to the ScripDividend Alternative that had been approved at the Annual General Meeting on26th May 2004, it has allotted 503,531 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in theCompany. The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary shares in the Company. Application will be made to the UK ListingAuthority and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted tothe Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market forlisted securities and it is expected that dealings will commence on 28th January2005.
