Anglo Pacific Group PLC18 January 2006 18th January 2006 Anglo Pacific Group plc Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company) announces that, pursuant to the ScripDividend Alternative that had been approved at the Annual General Meeting on13th April 2005, it has allotted 184,775 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in theCompany. Shareholders representing 10.7% of the issued share capital elected totake scrip instead of cash. The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary shares in the Company. Application will be made to the UK ListingAuthority and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted tothe Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market forlisted securities and it is expected that dealings will commence on 27th January2006.
