The Company announces that, pursuant to the recommended all-share offer by the Company to acquire the entire issued share capital of Green Compliance Plc, effective by means of a scheme of arrangement, Richard Hodgson, a director of the Company, is interested in 62,832 ordinary shares of the Company.
