PDMR Dealing - Ralf Gruss Options

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulations (EU) no. 596/2014 ("MAR").

Reference is made to an announcement by the Company dated 28 August 2015 (a copy of which is available here), wherein it is stated that Mr Ralf Gruss, a PDMR, had been granted an option over 2,750,000 shares in the Company by Apax Guernsey (Holdco) PCC Limited ("Holdco") pursuant to a deed between Mr Gruss and Holdco.

The Company has been informed on 31 March 2017 that 1,500,000 vested options have been transferred from Mr Gruss to JARK Beteiligungs KG, a related entity to Mr Gruss. The exercise price and exercise dates of the option remain unchanged.

The options were not granted by the Company and the Company was not a party to the original deed granting these options or to the transfer of the options as detailed above.
