The Company was notified on 9 March 2020 that on 6 March 2020, Mr Michael Bane had beneficially acquired 9,316 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.665 which are held through a nominee arrangement. Following the purchase, Mr Michael Bane owns 9,316 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
