Apax Global Alpha Regulatory News (APAX)

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Apax Global Alpha (UK, constituent) by Janus Bidco (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Apax Global Alpha (UK, BWWYMV8) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Anglo-Eastern Plantations (UK, 0036577) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 17 September 2025.
