AorTech International plc (AIM:AOR), the medical device development andbiomaterials intellectual property and licensing company, announces that it hassigned a non-exclusive licence and material supply agreement with Allium MedicalInc. ("Allium"), a Delaware based company, for the purchase and use of AorTech'sElast-Eon(TM) bio-material in the field of non-vascular stents. The terms of the Agreement contain certain provisions for annual minimumrevenues and for royalties to be paid to AorTech during the term of theAgreement on the sales of Allium's products manufactured from AorTech materials.
