Non-Executive Director Retirement and Changes to Committees
AO World PLC announces that, as reported in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2023, Marisa Cassoni has today stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, retiring after nine years' service. The Board thanks Marisa for her contribution to the Board and its workings and, in particular, to that of the Audit Committee.
Following Marisa's retirement, Shaun McCabe will now assume the role of Audit Committee Chair. Peter Pritchard will assume the role of Remuneration Committee Chair and will join the Nomination Committee as an additional member. Sarah Venning will join the Audit and Remuneration Committees as an additional member of each Committee. These changes are made with immediate effect.
