Director's Dealings

Altona Energy Plc, the AIM listed Australian based energy company, was notified on 12 January 2010 that Norman Kennedy, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his wife, Rebecca Holland-Kennedy, in order to satisfy personal financial commitments, have reduced their joint holding to 4.33 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. This follows the sale of 1,000,000 ordinary shares on 11 January 2010 at an average price of 9.48 pence per share and the sale of 400,000 ordinary shares on 12 January 2010 at an average price of 8.80 pence per share. 

Norman Kennedy and Rebecca Holland-Kennedy remain committed shareholders and have notified their intention to maintain their current stock position of 16,312,693 ordinary shares in Altona.  In addition to their joint holding, Norman Kennedy is also interested in 5,000,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company.
